How do you relate to music?

So you’re new to music and you’ve never heard of the genre metal! Well shame on you because personally I think it is a genre of music EVERYONE can relate to.
When you’re mad you can listen to some killer drums that pound into your head. When you’re sad you can slow it down and listen to something with meaningful lyrics.




Now you’re next problem, besides not knowing what metal music is, would be the fact that you have no idea what bands to look up. Metal music has gone back to the early 1980s. So it’s up to you to find out what kind of music you prefer.

You have Black Metal, Thrash Metal, Power Metal, Gothic Metal, Psychedelic Metal, etc. Honestly the sub-genre of metal music is so great you would have to spend the rest of your life trying to figure out what kind you exactly like.

So start by researching a couple bands on YouTube, or go on Wikipedia and search of Metal (music). You will more than likely find a list of bands you can click and find out more information about. If you really aren’t sure about what to click on pick a band that sounds interesting or floats your boat!

I wish you luck on your journey. Perhaps you may decide you don’t even like metal! Whatever the case may be you can always relate to music in one way or another.
